Grievance & Resolutions
While it is rare to have serious issues and problems in the massage profession there are times where situations occur that may cross the line of professionalism and ethics. Sometimes both therapists and clients are unsure of what is acceptable or legal. MTWPAM is dedicated to ensuring a balance is maintained between serving and protection of our members and the protection, wellness and security of our clients.
MTWPAM has created a fair and balanced process to deal with resolution for grievances by the public or by our members. Please review the procedures grid on our process. If you require any further information or submission forms please contact our Administration office.
All formal grievances must be in writing and contact the name of the party filing the grievance. Verbal or anonymous grievances cannot be investigated fairly.
