Course Details

We are happy to announce that we will be running an Introduction to CranioSacral Therapy CEU course from March 4th to March 8th, 2019! 

CranioSacral Therapy is a soft-touch technique that aims to improve body function “by normalizing the environment around the brain and spinal cord and enhancing the body’s ability to self-correct” (www.upledger.com). 

The instructor, Terri-Lee Timmins, is a specialist who exclusively uses CranioSacral therapy in her practice.
