COURSE DESCRIPTION

Thai Stretch massage is based on the ancient art of Thai Massage and energy healing. We combine stretching techniques from Northern Thailand and Jap Sen work from Southern Thailand along with massage foundations to achieve an optimal and effortless approach to treating pathologies.

This 32 hour level 1 class is geared towards massage professionals who want to expand their toolbox.

Through demonstration and hands-on practice students will learn a 60 minute flow and be able to properly assess which postures to use according to the client. It is predominantly a hands-on course where students both give and receive the massage so they are able to experience what the client feels. Students will also have the opportunity to massage the teacher and the TA to get a better understanding as of how the techniques should be used and adapted according the recipient’s needs.
